Just like your phone has software updates, your website needs to be updated too. Additionally, out-of-date plugins are the #1 leading cause of website hacks. We take care of weekly updates for you.
Monitor Security
We have special tools that monitor your sites’ traffic and activity, protect against potential hacks or breaches and keep an eye on “up time” to ensure your site is up and running fine.
Website Optimization
In order for websites to load fast, perform well and to ensure speed, the files, database and media need to be optimized. We have in-house tools that monitor and keep your site optimized and running smoothly along with cleaning up any and all “web gunk.”
Website Backups
Backing up your website consistently is critical for many reasons but most importantly, if the site should need to be restored, transferred or downloaded, we offer external backups and restore points for all clients on our plans.

Jump ahead of others in the queue. If you’re on a management plan, you also get a reduced design rate. We’ll provide exclusive contact details so you can reach us anytime you need an update, addition, or have questions. We do our best to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Monthly Reporting
You shouldn’t have to try to determine what’s going on via your site. We take care of that for you with an in-depth (but not overwhelming) monthly report which also highlights what we’re doing month to month on your site.
SEO Tool
We provide a powerful SEO optimization tool as part of our Hosting and Management Plan, ensuring your website is set up for success from day one. This tool helps improve search engine rankings with automated guidance, real-time feedback, and a user-friendly interface.
Access to Tutorials
We have a library of resources including tutorials for you to use to update your website. If we are not available and you want to make updates yourself, you can login to find tutorials.

Is there a set up fee?
If you are hosted with us there is no set up fee. If you are not hosted with us, there is a set-up fee.
Is there a cancelation fee?
No cancelation fee.
What if I don't want a plan?
If you choose to forego our care plan, you’re welcome to. You will, in that case, assume complete responsibility for the website updates, security, backups and other services laid out in this plan. Also you will not recieve a discounted design rate.
When can I join?
You can join anytime. The only time you can’t join is if our website has a virus or malware. This will need to be cleaned up first.
What if I need more time than the plan allows?
Additional time will be billed at your discounted design rate.
What if I pass on the plan and my site is hacked?
Your hosting includes malware scan and one clean up. We do not keep additional backups and will have to rely on a hosting backup which sometimes can not resolve the issue. Depending on how bad the issue is we outsource the clean up for a fee and we charge by the hour for managing the cleanup.
What if I have a plan and still get hacked?
This is highly unlikely since we are keeping everything updated for you. Your hosting includes malware scan and one clean up. If you subscribe to our management plan, we keep two extra clean backups, one in our portal, and once a month we do an offsite backup. We can restore an earlier version and add security measures such as changing user names and passwords. If you want additional security measures added we can do this at our hourly rate.
Do you take on other people's hosting?
You have to have a WordPress website . We will take on websites we didn’t build as long as they use the tools we’re familiar and comfortable (or can learn quickly) with. Additionally, the site’s hosting must be one that meets our requirements.
Does my monthly time roll over?
Sorry, you can not accumulate time. If you haven’t been using your time, we proactively go in and make changes to small things like the footer date, SEO, tagging, cleaning up hosting etc.
What is included in the monthly time.
Any and all support. If you ask me to do anything, it’s billable. Phone calls, email, or work requests. Anything that requires my response is considered billable. This plan can not be used on other websites if you have multiple sites.
