If you're on a Hosting & Management plan, support is included. Simply send us your website updates, and most routine changes will be completed within 24 business hours. We proactively update, manage, and monitor your website.
Not on a Hosting & Management Plan
If you are not on a Hosting & Management Plan, you can purchase a Support Plan for help with updates. This work will be completed within 2–3 business days. Emergency requests are available in the portal.
Any new design or redesign is not considered support and can be requested through the portal.
