If you choose to forego our care plan, you’re welcome to. You will, in that case, assume complete responsibility for the website updates, security, backups and other services laid out in this plan. Also you will not recieve a discounted design rate.

You can join anytime.  The only time you can't join is if our website has a virus or malware.  This will need to be cleaned up first.

You can add on a Website Support Plan in your portal. You must be a SunnValley customer to access this. 

Your hosting includes malware scan and one clean up.  We do not keep additional backups and will have to rely on a hosting backup which sometimes can not resolve the issue. Depending on how bad the issue is we outsource the clean up for a fee and we charge by the hour for managing the cleanup.

This is highly unlikely since we are keeping everything updated for you. Your hosting includes malware scan and one clean up.  If you subscribe to our management plan, we keep two extra clean backups, one in our portal, and once a month we do an offsite backup. We can restore an earlier version and add security measures such as changing user names and passwords. If you want additional security measures added we can do this at our hourly rate.

We will take on websites we didn’t build as long as they use the tools we’re familiar and comfortable (or can learn quickly) with. Additionally, the site’s hosting must be one that meets our requirements.

Sorry, you can not accumulate time. If you haven't been using your time, we proactively go in and make changes to small things like the footer date, SEO, tagging, cleaning up hosting etc.

Any and all assistance is considered support. Phone calls, emails, training, work requests, or anything that requires my time or response is billable. These plans cannot be used across multiple websites.
