Adjusting Business Account Access: To modify the access level for a Business Account through:

Using Business Manager:

  1. Access Business settings.
  2. Navigate to “Users” and click on “People.”
  3. Choose the name of the individual whose access you wish to modify.
  4. Click the icon with three horizontal dots, then select “Edit Business Account permissions.”
  5. Implement the desired adjustments. To complete the process, click “Save.”

Using Meta Business Suite:

  1. Open “Settings.”
  2. Click on “Users” under the People section.
  3. Select the name of the person for whom you want to alter access.
  4. Within “Business Account access,” opt for “Manage.”
  5. Apply the necessary changes.

Here are two ways to update user access on Facebook.

Using Business Manager:

  1. Access Business settings.

  4. Under “Assigned assets,” click on a business asset to view its permissions.
  5. Apply the desired adjustments. To finalize, click “Save.”

  3. Select the name of the person for whom you want to adjust access.
  4. Within “Assigned assets,” choose “Manage.”
  5. Make the necessary changes.

Please Note: In instances where a partner shares a business asset with your Business Account, you are confined to the specific permissions they have allocated. This may limit your ability to grant full control of that particular business asset to an individual.
