Sunnvalley has set up a new Help Desk. If you would like to contact me about any project or just have a general question you can create a ticket on our new Help Desk. Help Desk is a great way to keep our email correspondence saved and in one place, & keep projects on track. It’s a fast, easy way to stay organized and get your questions answered.
Sunnvalley can now also access your computer remotely! We can do a live chat or you can give access to your screen to diagnose issues or for online training! This can all be done through the Help Desk.
The chat feature works similarly. Our conversations are saved in one place. You will only be emailed if you request a copy of the chat.
